For NZ Orders:
Free Shipping for New Zealand domestic orders over NZ$69 or only a flat rate of NZ$6.70 shipping for the rest. In some cases an additional delivery fee may be required for remote or isolated areas, or extra large or heavy items and we will contact you prior to processing your order.
We normally use NZ Post for New Zealand domestic orders.
Handling time: Parcel will be sent out within 1 - 2 working days ( except for weekends & public holidays) of receiving cleared payment.
Delivery time: It depends where the item is sent from. Please check the ETA (estimated date of arrival) shown on each product page. Items with a delivery time of less than 5 days are shipped from Auckland. Other items are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers.

For products dispatched from Auckland office is normally overnight in Auckland area, and an extra day to reach other areas in the North Island. It takes 2 - 3 working day to arrive in the South Island and longer to a rural address.

For items shipped directly from suppliers usually arrive in around 7-10 working days. It will be delivered by NZ Post once landing in NZ.
